Return and Refund Policy

Welcome to Republicans for Russia. We appreciate your business and hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things may not work out as expected. Our return and refund policy is designed to be fair and reasonable to both parties while complying with EU consumer protection laws.

Customized Products:

Please note that all products specifically made or customized for the customer are not eligible for return or refund. These items are made to your specifications and cannot be resold. We strive to meet your expectations with each customized product, but if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repair, replacement, or a special exception to our refund policy at our discretion.

Non-Customized Products:

For non-customized products, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the provided contact information for this purpose.

Conditions for Returns:

  1. The goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. They should not be used or damaged.
  2. The return must be initiated within 14 days from the date you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase.
  3. You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Refunds:

Upon receipt of the returned item and verification of its condition, we will process your refund, including the cost of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). Refunds will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed and for the refund to be issued.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival for non-customized products. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at store@republicansforrussia.com, and we will provide you with the necessary instructions.

Final Note:

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our return policy requirements. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
